Dual type Pokémon have always been my favorite critters in the Pokémon game, and by far, my most coveted ones were Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark, which are the only Ghost and Normal type in the Pokemon world.

For ages, seasoned Pokémon players like me have waited for the Ghost and Normal type combination because it would pack a powerful punch, and to be honest, Zorua and Zoroark do not disappoint.

Currently, Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark from Pokémon Legends: Arceus are the only Pokémon that can learn both Ghost and Normal type moves.

They are the first and only Ghost and Normal Type Pokémon in the entire franchise. These two were introduced in this Pokémon version to fit its Halloween theme.

Zoroark is the evolution of Zorua and is believed to embody death ☠️ because even in combat, it can lacerate its own body to attack its opponent.

On the other hand, Zorua is a departed soul known to get its power from resentment 😠. It also radiates malice and harm.

As for where you can find them, Zoroark and Zorua reside in the Bonechill Wastes of the IcePeak Carvern in the Hisui area.

These two Pokémon are touted as some of the most powerful in Pokémon Legends: Arceus because their duality gives them great resistance and immunity against other types.

What Are The Weaknesses Of A Ghost-Normal Type Pokémon?

Zorua and Zoroark’s one and only weakness is Dark type attacks. Usually, Normal type Pokémon are weak to Fighting type attacks, while Ghost types can be easily defeated by other Ghost types 👻.

As well, Ghost type Pokémon are immune to Fighting Type attacks, which covers Normal type’s weakness, and Normal type are immune to Ghost Type attacks, leaving Zorua and Zoroark’s only blind spot to be Dark Type attacks.

Hisuian Zoroark and Hisuian Zorua are both resistant to Poison and Bug type moves and immune to Normal and Fighting type moves.

These two Pokémon have more immunities than other Pokémon in the Pokémon Legends: Arcueus game. Pokémon gurus say the Ghost and Normal dual type is very powerful because the two types seem to cover each other’s blind spots.

They are opposites, after all. Normal type Pokémon are resistant to Ghost type attacks, and Ghost types are immune to Normal and Fighting type moves.

The two, therefore, cancel each other out in Ghost and Normal Pokémon like Zorua and Zoroark.

Additionally, since Normal and Ghost type Pokémon have similar strengths that are ineffective against each other, battles and interactions between the two would be in vain.

Players also think Zorua and Zoroark are good at learning moves like pain split, slack off, and recover, just like conventional Ghost types.

With all these strengths, a Ghost and Normal type combination would be most ideal. Ghost type Pokémon can make many dual types, but when it links with Normal, it is a force to be reckoned with 💪.
