It is possible to breed Charizard and Garchomp since they both belong to the same Egg Groups. For the breeding to occur, you will need a female Charizard and a male Garchomp.

In Generation IX, the two Pokémon can breed by having a picnic away from the rest of the party. The player then has to wait for a while until the eggs are hatched.

It’s also important to note that sometimes, not all of the eggs that hatch will contain a new Pokémon. Some of them may hatch and the egg may end up being empty.

The eggs that do hatch, however, will produce a Charmander Pokemon.

The eggs usually hatch into the original form of the mother Pokémon. This new Pokémon from the breeding will also obtain certain moves known by the parent Pokémon. 🤯
