You can get a shiny Virizion using the camp method and soft resetting. As mentioned, Virizion is a member of the Swords of Justice.
These Pokémon are programmed differently in the game. They reappear whenever you reload the area.

You’ll find shiny Virizion at Giant’s bed, in the Crown Tundra 🗺️. Here, you’ll meet an NPC called Sonia, who’ll task you with finding the footprints of Virizion, Cobalion, and Terrakion.
These footprints are scattered randomly throughout the game. Once done, report to Sonia and head to the Giant’s Bed to catch Virizion.
