If you get a favorable offer, make the necessary payment, which could be exclusive Sword Pokémon or other valuable items.
Pokémon home transfer is the next viable and easy method. In this method, you need to own Kyogre in another version of Pokémon.
For instance, if you caught Pokémon in Pokémon Go, you can transfer it to Pokémon Home and then deposit it into your Pokémon Sword.
Obtaining Kyogre through the Dynamax Adventure depends on luck, hence not a sure method. I once obtained it by joining a local adventure that was hosted by Shield players.

Can you get a shiny Kyogre in Pokémon Sword?
Unfortunately, 😤 it is not possible to catch a shiny Kyogre in Pokémon Sword. As mentioned above, Kyogre does not naturally occur in any locations or encounters within the Pokémon shield.
However, you can encounter it in the Dynamax Adventures. If you are lucky enough, there is a small chance of encountering the Pokémon in a Dynamax Adventure hosted by Shield players.
Experts estimate that there is a 5% to 10% chance of a Kyogre appearing as a boss in the adventure. They estimate that the chance of the Kyogre being a shiny one is one in four thousand and ninety-six chances.
