Where to Find Shiny Meltan in Pokémon Go
There is no specific location where you can find Shiny Meltan in Pokémon Go. When you interact with a Mystery Box, Meltan will spawn around you, and there is a 1/125 chance that one of them is shiny.
You must download Pokémon HOME on your gaming device to get a Mystery Box. Next, launch the application and sign in to your account using your Nintendo login details.
Proceed to send a Pokémon via Go Transporter. Once you’ve signed in at Pokémon HOME, the sign-in button is replaced by a send Pokémon option.
Select the Pokémon you want and transfer it from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Home, Let’s Go, Eevee, or Pikachu.
After a successful transfer, you will be rewarded with a Mystery Box. When you open the Mystery Box, it remains active for one hour.
It can only attract Meltan; once it is open, Meltan will begin spawning around you 😊.
After that hour, you can open another Mystery box after three days. However, you must send another Pokémon to do so.
The more Mystery Boxes you open, the higher the chances of you interacting with a Shiny Meltan 😀. Note that this will only work during special occasions when Pokémon Go avails Shiny Meltan.
How to Catch a Shiny Meltan in Pokémon Go
You can catch a Shiny Meltan or Pokémon Go by interacting with the Mystery Box on special occasions. Activating the Mystery Box attracts Meltan to you.
They will begin spawning around you, and there will be a 1/125 chance that one will be shiny. Ensure you interact with a Mystery Box every three days to increase your chances of catching a Shiny Meltan.
Your Nintendo account must be linked to your Pokémon Go and Home accounts.
