The best Pokémon to use against Charizard in the Pokémon sword and shield
The stylish Pokémon you can use to go against Charizard in Pokémon sword and shield are Pokémon with flash fire.
It thus means that you should consider Pokémon like the Arcanine or Centiscorch, as they also can absorb Charizard’s G- Maximum campfire.
When using Arcanine against Charizard, it’s a good idea to watch out for Haxoru’s earthquake, together with Rhyperior, seismitoad, and generally inteleon.

What Pokémon goes against Charizard in Pokémon Go?
Pokémon that have the ability to go against Charizard in Pokémon Go are Tyranitar, Mega Blastoise, and Rhyperior. Among these, Rhyperior would be the most recommended to go against Charizard.
Tyranitar is a dark and rock type and an ideal Pokémon to go against Charizard despite the several weaknesses it may have.
For Tyranitar to have advanced chances of going against Charizard, the best moveset to give it is the fast move smack down, crunch, and the charged move stone edge.
Mega Blastoise is a water-type Pokémon, which is also a great choice to go against Charizard, being that one of his weaknesses is water.
This Pokémon has great use in Pokémon Go, which makes it a great choice to use and gain redundant rewards when you take down a Pokémon.
When using this Pokémon against Charizard, be sure to use the fast-move water gun, the charged moves hydro cannon, and the hydro pump as your move set. What is indeed better is that this Pokémon doesn’t have to be Mega to take on Charizard, as its standard version is still able to. ( 💪)

For Rhyperior to perform exceptionally against Charizard, the best moveset to employ would be a fast move smackdown, earthquake, and the charged move rock wrecker.
What’s the best counter for Mega Charizard?
In Pokémon Go, Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y have different essential features. This means that the Pokémon that are suitable to fight them also have to vary.
Being a fire and flying type Pokémon, Charizard Y is weak to water, rock, and electric type moves.
On the other hand, Charizard X is a fire and dragon-type Pokémon, making its weakness ground, rock, and dragon-type attacks.
